Participation Terms, Confidentiality & Use of Media within the Hellinger® Training

The Original Hellinger® Family Constellation Training is a profound journey of personal and professional development. To ensure that this experience remains protected and supportive for all participants, the following binding terms apply once you access the member area.

1. Confidentiality & Respect for the Shared Space

The training – both online and in-person – takes place within a protected and sacred space. To maintain the openness, depth, and integrity of this field, mutual trust is essential.

Therefore:

All content shared or experienced during the training – especially personal constellations, contributions by other participants, and group discussions – must be treated with strict confidentiality.
It is not permitted to share, distribute, copy, or publish any content (e.g., texts, videos, audio recordings, personal statements) outside of the protected member area.
Access to the member area is exclusively for enrolled participants. Sharing login details is prohibited.

Violations may result in exclusion from the training.

2. Agreement on the Provision of Audio & Visual Content

To offer the full training experience even to those who are unable to attend an optional in-person module, selected sessions may be recorded and made available within the secure member area. These recordings are not publicly accessible.

By joining the member area, you acknowledge that you may appear visually or audibly in such recordings.

These materials serve an educational and documentary purpose and are intended solely for internal use within the training context.

3. Protection of Intellectual Property

All training content – whether delivered online or in person – is protected under copyright and is the intellectual property of Sophie Hellinger and the respective trainers.

This includes but is not limited to:

video and audio recordings,
teaching materials, scripts, workbooks, and presentations,
guided meditations, constellations, and theoretical content.

Any use, reproduction, or distribution requires prior written permission.

4. Mindful Participation & Personal Responsibility

This training is designed as a path of insight, self-discovery, and personal growth. It requires a high degree of self-responsibility, inner willingness, and mindfulness toward others.

By giving your consent, you agree to:

participate respectfully and attentively within the group,
refrain from judging, exposing, or commenting on other participants, either during or outside of the training,
actively contribute to the integrity and success of our shared experience.

By activating the start lesson or entering the member area, you agree to all of the above. This agreement is a prerequisite for participating in the training and accessing the materials provided.
